What to send
The more specific the message, the faster it turns into a change.
- A prompt came back wrong
- This is the most useful message you can send. Paste what you typed and what came back. Bad results usually trace to one checklist item missing from a task module, and that is a fix that helps everyone using the same task.
- Something is broken
- Tell us the browser and roughly what you were doing. A screenshot beats a description. Layout problems on unusual screen sizes are especially worth reporting.
- Privacy or account requests
- A correction, or a copy of what is held about you, answered within seven days. Deleting your account does not need a message: there is a button for it on the account page.
- What we cannot help with
- We cannot fix ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Midjourney, recover their accounts, or answer billing questions about them. This site is not affiliated with any model provider.
Prefer plain email? Write to hello@freepromptwriter.com directly. Messages sent through this form are stored so they are not lost if mail delivery fails, and are deleted once the thread is closed.
